Devon T. Sletten

Devon’s practice focuses on family law, civil litigation, and criminal defence.

In his family law practice, Devon assists clients with matters arising from relationship breakdown, including divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property division. He also prepares interspousal contracts, including prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, and parenting and support agreements.

Devon maintains a general litigation practice, acting in a range of disputes including contract matters, property disputes, employment issues, and debt recovery.

In his criminal defence practice, Devon represents clients facing a wide variety of charges, including assault, uttering threats, property offences, impaired driving and other driving offences, fraud, breach-related offences, and sexual offences. Based in Swift Current, he accepts files from across Saskatchewan.

Devon maintains strong ties to southwest Saskatchewan. He comes from a farming background and continues to be involved in his family’s farming operation. Outside the office, he enjoys travelling, golfing, hockey, and spending time with friends and family.
