Logan L. Spearing
Contacts
Logan grew up in Swift Current and has practiced law in the community since being called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2014. He focuses his practice around the needs of rural and small-city clients across southwest Saskatchewan, focusing on wills and estates, estate administration, municipal law, corporate and commercial law, business organization and succession, and residential and commercial real estate.
Logan has served as City Solicitor for the City of Swift Current since 2022 and advises a number of other local governments and public-sector clients across the region. He assists individuals and families with wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives, and guides executors and administrators through estate administration, including intestate matters and applications for letters of administration. He also advises owner-managed businesses on incorporation, reorganization, and succession planning, and handles residential and commercial real estate transactions for clients in Swift Current, Maple Creek, and the surrounding communities.
Logan takes a practical, plain-spoken approach and values long-term relationships with his clients. Whether a client is buying a first home, planning the transition of a family business, or settling the affairs of a loved one, his goal is the same: clear advice and a workable path forward.
Outside the office, Logan spends his time with his wife and son. He is an avid music fan and, when the weather allows, can be found kayaking, playing tennis, or on the pickleball court.
